Randolph & Son Builders originated in Montana in 1935, founded during the Great Depression by Homer Randolph. Homer Randolph grew up working as a cowboy on ranches and later transitioned into construction, steadily building his own business. He earned a reputation for integrity and quality and grew the business into commercial work.
In 1986, Randolph & Son Builders relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, expanding its ability to serve clients throughout the Carolinas. The company remains family-owned, adheres to the same values today, and continues to serve businesses, institutions, municipalities, developers, and communities across the region.
